1. Services

Boxcut Studio provides software development services on a subscription basis. Our services include web application development, dashboard creation, portal development, and related software services as described on our pricing page.

2. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions operate on a 30-day billing cycle starting from your subscription date. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Unused days are preserved when you pause and can be used when you resume.

If the subscription is not a fit in your first seven calendar days, you may request a refund of 75% of that month's subscription fee. The remaining 25% covers onboarding and work already delivered.

After the first week, refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle. You may pause or cancel anytime; unused days are preserved when you pause.

3. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and deliverables created for you during your subscription are owned by you. Upon payment for the applicable billing period, full intellectual property rights transfer to you. No licensing fees or ongoing royalties apply.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary access to systems, and clear requirements for requested work. Delays caused by lack of client response do not pause your billing cycle unless you formally request a pause.

5. Limitation of Liability

Boxcut Studio's liability is limited to the fees paid during the current billing cycle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
